Quality Engineer II (Warranty Management) SUMMARY The BESS Quality Engineer II (Warranty Management) is responsible for leading the end-to-end administration of warranty claims across utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, operations teams, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the warranty period, ensuring that all warranty requests are properly evaluated, prioritized, assigned, and resolved in a timely manner. The Warranty Manager drives accountability across stakeholders and maintains oversight of the warranty portfolio to ensure claims are closed efficiently while protecting customer relationships and controlling warranty costs. **The base pay range for this role is $89,500 MIN - $120,800 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
