WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and forwardthinking Systems Engineer Level 3 to help drive missioncritical initiatives focused on developing, integrating, evaluating, and operationalizing cuttingedge Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities within a complex government environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with mission stakeholders, government leadership, and crossfunctional engineering teams to shape usercentric standards, frameworks, and technical solutions that define how humanintheloop and humanontheloop AI systems are built and deployed. While prior experience supporting AI, Machine Learning (ML), or advanced analytics initiatives is not a mandatory requirement, we're looking for someone who brings curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to grow into this rapidly evolving area.
