What You'll Do
* Lead and motivate production team members
* Champion a safe, productive work environment
* Coordinate daily workflow to meet production and quality goals
* Train employees and reinforce company procedures
* Monitor equipment, records, and operating issues

* Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing

* Basic computer skills and accurate production recordkeeping
