ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow (SNOW) solutions architecture. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert on SNOW and all its modules, including ITSM, HR, CSM, and SPM.

• Must have extensive solutions architecture experience with SNOW.
• Ability to create prototype solutions using SNOW training/testing instances.
• Analyze high-level requirements and recommend the appropriate SNOW module and functionality that best meets the need.
• Assist the client's SNOW Program Manager with tracking and reporting on SNOW intake requests.
• Help manage and update the SNOW roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills are required to effectively convey information about solution assessments to business users and executives.
• Provide executive reporting on the SNOW pipeline, assessments, and recommendations.
• Experience and ability to work in a multi-vendor environment, building relationships and working harmoniously with clients, PMs, and developers from other entities.
• Assist SNOW users with troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on the use of SNOW functionality.
