ROLE MANDATE

Act as senior deputy to the Head of Growth Architecture & Enterprise Sales, leading enterprise opportunity architecture and direct pursuit shaping.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

Growth Architecture needs a senior leader who can translate ambiguous enterprise problems into credible ES pursuits, define the solution path and coordinate the right technical, commercial and advisory support.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead complex enterprise opportunity shaping across direct, partner-supported and WPP-sourced opportunities that require architecture depth.
Support senior enterprise and C-suite conversations with clear problem framing, solution options and value hypotheses.
Define early solution pathways and identify the ES capabilities required to activate each opportunity.
Coordinate with Network Growth when a WPP-sourced opportunity becomes complex, multi-pillar or commercially ambiguous.
Partner with commercial, technical, consulting and pursuit teams to shape proposals, workshops and client narratives.
Build repeatable ES Direct pursuit approaches and codify lessons from live opportunities.
Maintain visibility of architecture-led pursuits, blockers and support requirements for the Head of Growth Architecture & Enterprise Sales.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Senior enterprise transformation, consulting, technology, digital or commercial growth leader.
Credible in C-suite and senior client conversations; able to simplify complex transformation challenges.
Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, customer transformation, data, AI, martech, operating models and delivery implications.
Commercially confident and able to shape opportunities before they become formal RFPs.
Excellent writer, facilitator and solution-story builder.
Collaborative, low-ego and able to pull in the right ES expertise without over-owning delivery.
AI-enabled working style with pace, precision and high-quality synthesis.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
