As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll coordinate the development and production of qualifications packages, proposals, interview materials, and other pursuit-related deliverables that help Osborn Consulting win meaningful work throughout the Pacific Northwest. You're an exceptional writer and graphic designer with an eye for design and detail. You can take technical information from engineers, landscape architects, planners, and scientists and transform it into clear, compelling content that is easy for clients to understand. You are naturally organized, proactive, and resourceful. You enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts, asking thoughtful questions, and helping teams put their best work forward. You take pride in producing polished, high-quality deliverables and enjoy seeing the pursuit progress from kickoff to submission. You enjoy balancing multiple pursuits simultaneously, shifting priorities when needed, and finding ways to keep teams organized and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone with AEC proposal experience who is ready to continue growing their skills in proposal coordination, technical writing, graphic design, and pursuit strategy. Location This role is hybrid with at least 3 days a week in office and can be based out of our Bellevue, Seattle, Bellingham, Vancouver, or Spokane WA locations. *Our Approach to AI We actively use AI tools to help brainstorm ideas, organize information, identify themes, and develop initial content drafts. The expected compensation range for this position for employees based in the Puget Sound area is $35-$45 dollars per hour and is dependent upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
