The selected individual will assume responsibility with minimal supervision, exercise initiative and sound judgment within their assigned authority, and champion collaboration with attorneys, colleagues, and clients. This position requires a proactive professional who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced legal environment. Your Role: As a Legal Administrative Assistant within our Litigation team, you will:
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience required. Experience preparing and filing documents in state and federal courts. A high level of proficiency with MS Office. Experience with a document management system and time and billings systems is a plus. Ability to demonstrate and exercise sound judgement, work independently with minimal supervision and manage confidential information. Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The salary range for this position is from $75,000 - $85,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
