Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) - Home-Based Primary Care | Worcester, MA

Join Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing in-home primary care to frail and at-risk geriatric patients throughout the MetroWest region. This autonomous, patient-focused role offers panel ownership, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

Qualifications:

  • NP or PA with Massachusetts licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • National Board Certification
  • BLS certification required

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
