Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor - Land Use (Tenure-Track)
Department of Urban and Regional Planning College of Fine & Applied Arts University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign The Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is searching for a full-time Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor with expertise in land-use and environmental planning. Candidates whose expertise includes local and regional governance, sustainability and climate, or ecology are particularly encouraged to apply. We are open to scholars who employ a range of innovative methods, ranging from data science and analytics to ethnography, to community-engaged research and decolonial approaches. While we prefer that candidates research and teaching engage questions of land use and environment in the U.S., we welcome those whose work incorporates a comparative or transnational perspective.
