Position Summary:

In this role, you will perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis. You will be responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting your findings to support our production lifecycle.

Background & Context:

Beyond core lab duties, you will play a key role in our Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis.

* Interpret experimental data.

* Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols.

* Document findings to support our production lifecycle.

* Support the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution in Research Use Only (RUO) operations.

Qualification & Experience:

* Experienced: You bring 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience.

* Analytical: You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately.

* A Clear Communicator: You excel at relaying technical information effectively.

* Detail-Oriented: You have a solid grasp of industry best practices and compliance standards.

* Bonus Points: Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting.

* Bonus Points: Hands-on experience with reagent formulation processes.

* Bonus Points: Proficiency using SAP for inventory or production management.
