Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the daily operations of the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and an elevated guest experience consistent with the standards of a luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property.

This hands-on leader will assist with overseeing restaurant and bar operations, supervising and coaching team members, managing opening and closing procedures, monitoring service standards, and ensuring the team is prepared to deliver personalized and attentive hospitality.

Key responsibilities include assisting with staffing, scheduling, training, inventory and cost controls, service execution, guest satisfaction, and compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service standards. The Assistant F&B Manager will be highly visible during service, engaging with guests, supporting the team during peak periods, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate has previous Food & Beverage leadership experience within a full-service, upscale, or luxury hotel or restaurant environment. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team-development skills are essential. Knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage service, labor management, inventory, and cost controls is preferred.

Previous Hilton experience, particularly within a Curio Collection or other luxury/soft-brand property, is a plus.

Schedule flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required based on hotel business needs.
