The People & Culture Assistant provides administrative and day-to-day support to the People & Culture department while helping create a welcoming, engaging, and organized experience for hotel associates. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, new hire onboarding, orientation, training coordination, associate records, HR documentation, recognition programs, and team member events. This position will help prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate pre-employment requirements, maintain personnel and training records, assist associates with general HR questions, and ensure People & Culture processes are completed accurately and on time. The People & Culture Assistant will also support job postings, interview scheduling, new hire communication, orientation preparation, training tracking, internal communications, associate engagement activities, and other administrative HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, professional, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication, computer, and administrative skills are essential. Previous Human Resources, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred, and previous Hilton experience is a plus.
