Senior Graphic Designer
This is a full-time, on-site direct-hire role located in Salt Lake City, Utah area. This position works onsite Monday - Friday, with relocation consideration.

Our client is seeking a highly talented, concept-driven Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling consumer-facing brand work across campaigns, experiential, social, retail, digital, and e-commerce touchpoints.

This hands-on individual contributor will bring exceptional design craft, a strong visual point of view, and a portfolio demonstrating memorable work for lifestyle, CPG, retail, or similarly visible consumer brands. The role will help translate brand strategy into cohesive, high-impact creative that connects with consumers across both physical and digital environments.


Job Description

In this role, you will develop high-impact, consumer-centric creative work that brings brand strategy to life across integrated campaigns and everyday brand touchpoints.

You'll partner with creative, marketing, digital, e-commerce, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop clear, engaging visual narratives from concept through execution. This includes translating strategic objectives into compelling campaign ideas; evolving concepts across social, experiential, retail, digital, and e-commerce environments; and ensuring work maintains a distinctive and consistent brand expression.

You will also lead and support art direction for photo and video content as needed; apply strong typography, composition, color, and illustration skills to elevate creative output; and help uphold brand standards through scalable design systems, templates, and thoughtful execution.

This role supports the creative team's overall success by presenting concepts, rationale, and final work clearly to internal partners and senior leaders, mentoring junior designers through feedback and creative partnership, and staying current on consumer trends, visual culture, design tools, and emerging creative technologies.


Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience



  • Background in brand design, integrated campaigns, consumer marketing, retail, digital design, or related creative disciplines



  • Experience translating brand strategy into polished creative concepts and multi-channel visual storytelling



  • Experience developing consumer-facing campaign work with an understanding of creative performance across physical and digital environments



  • Experience with photo or video art direction is preferred



  • Experience supporting e-commerce, packaging, retail, or experiential design is preferred



  • Motion, animation, or interactive design experience is a plus


  • Previous experience supporting a fast-growing, highly visible consumer brand is preferred

Our Ideal Candidate


  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, CPG, retail, apparel, footwear, beauty, or other brand-driven organizations



  • Passion for consumer brands, visual culture, and creative storytelling, with a strong foundation in integrated campaign development



  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as Figma



  • Exceptional typography, composition, color, illustration, and visual storytelling skills



  • Familiar with developing creative work across campaigns, social, retail, e-commerce, experiential, and digital channels



  • Skilled in collaborating with creative, marketing, digital, e-commerce, product, and cross-functional teams



  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment



  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to clearly articulate creative concepts and rationale to senior leadership



  • Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable working within a close-knit, relatively flat team structure



  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and providing thoughtful creative feedback to junior designers



  • A strong portfolio demonstrating integrated, consumer-facing campaign work across multiple formats and touchpoints is required

    The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $85,000-$100,000 annually.

    This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
