Overview

TRC is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support the contracting and management of energy efficiency and clean energy incentive programs and related administrative functions. Eligible candidates will be hands-on, highly skilled resource with a combination of project administration and support activities experience. Background in working with public authorities, state agencies, and utility grant programs is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers and Contract Managers with day-to-day program and project management activities.
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews of project, financial, and reporting databases.
  • Support project execution by accurately completing project documentation, including contractor evaluations, and project records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain project information within Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating communications.
  • Follow up with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to obtain required information, documentation, and project updates.
  • Track action items, risks, issues, and project status updates to support successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes and data management practices.
  • Support multiple programs within the Shared Services portfolio

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative support or entry-level project management support
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with state agencies, public authorities and utility energy efficiency financial incentive and grant programs a plus but not required
  • Collect and document project requirements, successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills: proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies
  • Team-oriented, hands-on, highly skilled, adaptive, client-focused mentality, ability to meet timelines and ability to work with little supervision.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
