Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Technical Product Analyst who can:
- Lead deep system analysis and solution design across complex enterprise banking platforms, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to improve lending and financial processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and QA teams to gather requirements, drive solution-focused discussions, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide expertise in loan disbursement, lending workflows, and financial integrations, with strong knowledge of Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and enterprise operational controls.
- Support Agile product delivery by partnering with Product Owners and TPMs to manage backlogs, Azure DevOps work items, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
- Ensure high-quality, compliant solutions by analyzing tradeoffs, challenging assumptions, resolving requirement gaps, and aligning outcomes with enterprise architecture, governance, and regulatory standards.
