SUMMARY BLUvera, Mortenson's vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication business, is seeking a Lean Engineer I or II to help drive continuous improvement across a growing manufacturing operation. This hands-on role will partner with project leadership and frontline teams to improve safety, eliminate waste, streamline processes, and optimize workflow. The Lean Engineer will facilitate Kaizen events, implement 5S and standardized work, improve production flow, and help teams sustain measurable improvements. As BLUvera continues to scale and introduce new products, this role will have the opportunity to help build efficient, repeatable processes and a culture of continuous improvement from the ground up. **Please Note - This role will be on a rotational traveling schedule on different project sites. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay on a project for multiple weeks at a time with rotations home. Current project sites include Eagle Mountain, UT, Lebanon, IN, Los Lunas, NM, and Monroe, LA. RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $78,800 - $98,500. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
