| We're looking for an experienced Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for our Communication Division. From booking flights and hotels to coordinating rental vehicles and handling last-minute changes, you'll help ensure our employees have everything they need to get where they're going. What You'll Do Coordinate airfare, hotels, rental vehicles, and other travel arrangements Handle travel changes, exchanges, cancellations, and other booking needs Use a GDS to research and book travel based on employee needs and company guidelines Recommend travel options that balance employee needs with company policies Ensure travelers are eligible to drive company or rental vehicles Code travel expenses accurately for job costing and reporting Manage a high-volume inbox and multiple travel requests simultaneously Partner with employees and managers to provide timely travel information and solutions Maintain accurate travel records and documentation Help identify opportunities to improve travel processes Min USD $26.00/Hr. Max USD $28.00/Hr. Qualifications What We're Looking For Previous travel industry experience in corporate travel, a travel agency, airline, or similar environment Experience using a GDS, such as Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, or a comparable platform Knowledge of travel booking processes, hotel accommodations, and travel changes/exchanges Strong multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and make sound decisions without constant supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment High school diploma or GED Preferred Airline experience is a plus, particularly experience working with nontraditional schedules and fast-paced travel operations Experience handling frequent changes and time-sensitive travel requests If you're an experienced travel professional who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and helping people get where they need to go, we'd love to hear from you.
