Location:Atlanta Battery Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager with a strong background in finished-goods sourcing and new product development for consumer or commercial products. This individual must have demonstrated experience taking products from concept and engineering drawings through supplier identification, RFQ, cost analysis, design-for-manufacturing review, prototyping, tooling, product validation, pilot production, and full commercialization. The ideal candidate has successfully identified and qualified new domestic and international manufacturers, negotiated pricing and commercial terms, developed landed-cost models, and managed supplier quality, capacity, lead times, packaging, logistics, and production launches. Experience sourcing complete products, not solely raw materials, components, indirect goods, or managing existing purchase orders is essential. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: Sourcing, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Masteras degree Specialized Degree: Supply Chain Management/Business Administration Licenses/Certificates: Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)) Years of Experience: 12-14 Years Spans of Control
