You'll inspect, measure, and make sure every product meets the mark before it hits the floor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing, production, packing, or quality inspection experience preferred Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and dependability required Job Duties Perform visual inspections of finished products for quality defects Package products according to customer specifications and company standards Prepare packing materials, labels, and shipment documentation Follow Quality Management System (QMS) procedures Maintain accurate production and quality records Communicate quality or production concerns to supervisors and team members Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment Work closely with production staff to meet quality and productivity goals Your Pay and Perks: Good Weekly Pay: Real pay, no delays.
