What You Will Do:

The Patient Flow Coordinator (Nursing Coordinator) oversees and coordinates nursing services to ensure safe, efficient, and patientcentered care. Serves as a clinical and operational resource for nursing staff, supports care planning and staffing activities, and facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams. Monitors patient flow, quality and safety metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards, and implements process improvements to enhance outcomes and staff satisfaction. Improves hospital throughput of ED admits, Direct Admits, Surgical Admits, increases inpatient bed utilization, and reduces patient or bed turnaround delays.

Who Should Apply:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required
• Current District of Columbia Registered Nurse licensure Required
• Basic CPR Upon Hire Required
• Five (5) years of nursing experience required
