We are seeking a talented specialist to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in bringing our digital presence to life. You'll be instrumental in shaping how our brand connects with millions of customers globally, directly impacting our digital strategy and user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects and ensure our digital content is always fresh, accurate, and aligned with our brand vision.

What You'll Do:



  • Implement and manage content within a leading enterprise Content Management System (CMS).
  • Collaborate closely with managers and fellow teammates to select the optimal templates, components, and modules for building and maintaining engaging website pages.
  • Ensure all digital content creation, modification, and deletion within the authoring environment adheres strictly to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Actively participate in problem-solving, finding innovative solutions to complex digital content challenges.
  • Receive and apply advisement from leadership on best practices for web content implementation, continuously improving processes.
  • Work alongside other Digital Specialists to ensure a consistent tone of voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Attend routine meetings, providing clear updates on progress, status, successes, and roadblocks to relevant stakeholders.


What You'll Bring:



  • Comfort navigating complex data hierarchy structures and databases.
  • Demonstrated experience building web pages within a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a flexible attitude in fast-paced, shifting environments.
  • A team player attitude with a strong appetite for continuous growth and learning in the digital field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
  • Enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively, taking initiative when needed.
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail.


Nice-to-Haves:



  • 1+ years of content authoring experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
