Here is what you will be doing each day:

Position Summary:

The Group Rooms Coordinator is responsible for the strategic oversight of room inventory and coordination of group room blocks to drive occupancy and revenue at the hotel. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting both the Revenue and Sales teams by managing group bookings, monitoring system data, and ensuring accurate inventory allocation using Marriott tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Revenue Support:



  • Monitor and manage daily room inventory in systems, ensuring availability aligns with demand and revenue strategy.
  • Assist with loading rates, packages, and promotions in line with Marriott brand standards and
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management to implement rate strategies, monitor restrictions,


and manage blackout dates and special events.



  • Conduct audits to ensure system data integrity across PMS and CRS


Group Rooms Coordination:



  • Manage group blocks, including block creation, rooming lists, pickup tracking, and cut-off date
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Front Desk, and Revenue teams to ensure flawless execution of group
  • Communicate group details and updates to operations departments to ensure accurate and timely
  • Support pre- and post-event communications to ensure client satisfaction and proper
