| Job Description |
NC Stop Human Trafficking is seeking an administrative assistant to assist with office operations.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Register for events
- Make travel plans
- Send correspondence
- Manage day-to-day operations of office
- Manage email and contacts
- Manage paperwork with bookkeeper
- Record-keeping of speaking engagements, events
- Post on Social Media
- Manage inventory
- Order products
- Update inventory
- Price tags/signs

| Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) |
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage work time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Google Business (Gmail, calendar, Google Drive)
- Access to reliable transportation
