Responsibilities We currently have a great opportunity available for a Travel & Expense Program Manager. The Travel & Expense Program Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization's Travel & Expense (T&E) program across the Americas region (North and South Americas), driving operational excellence, policy governance and compliance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for enhancing program effectiveness through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and the implementation of best practices that improve employee experience and support business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance the organization's regional Travel & Expense (T&E) program, ensuring efficient operations and positive employee experience.
Mental/Cognitive Requirements: Moderate cognitive demands- Requires sustained attention, ability to prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions. Involves interpreting information, solving problems, and making routine decisions. Percentage of Travel: Occasional (11-25%) Qualifications
The salary range for this role is $85,680 - $134,640. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.
