Responsibilities: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions that support critical government operations. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing new ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements. Developing and integrating ServiceNow modules, APIs, workflows, and user interfaces. Collaborating with Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the development lifecycle. Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and peer collaboration activities. Investigating and resolving production issues, technical defects, and support tickets. Maintaining and improving existing applications through Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities. Translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions. Ensuring the successful deployment, performance, and long-term maintenance of ServiceNow applications. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance. Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow development, including Glide scripting. Familiarity with modern web technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX. Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM modules. Experience working within Agile development environments. Understanding of database concepts and SQL. Preferred Qualifications Candidates with any of the following qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply: Active U.S. Government Security Clearance. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
