Department:COM | IOA InitiativeDepartment's Website: Summary of Job Duties:**This position is located in Jonesboro, AR**The Director, East Arkansas Centers on Aging provides strategic and clinical leadership for two regional Centers on Aging serving Northeast and East Arkansas. This dynamic leadership role offers the opportunity to shape innovative education and clinical programs that improve the health, independence, and quality of life of older adults while supporting families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, students, and communities throughout the region. The Director leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of multi-tiered education programs while overseeing academic curriculum, clinical service alignment, and day-to-day regional operations. The position works collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community partners, and other stakeholders to expand access to high-quality aging-related education, resources, and services. As an advanced-degree clinician with active healthcare licensure and medical billing credentials, the Director also plays an integral role in advancing the Centers' clinical services and long-term sustainability. This includes providing billable patient and family counseling, care navigation, and clinical interventions while developing a sustainable, revenue-generating clinical education model. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician and innovative leader who is passionate about healthy aging, education, community engagement, and expanding access to care across Arkansas.
