Aquent is seeking a visionary consultant to join a leading organization, where you will be instrumental in transforming complex business initiatives into clear, actionable strategies. This pivotal role empowers you to shape strategic direction, influence key decisions, and bridge the gap between innovative technology and critical business needs, directly impacting the organization's success and growth.

As a Strategic Communications and Strategy Consultant, you will be the linchpin connecting strategic vision with practical execution. You will delve into intricate business challenges, uncover opportunities, and craft compelling narratives that drive understanding and alignment across all levels of the organization. Your expertise will be vital in translating complex technological investments and organizational priorities into clear, impactful business use cases, fostering innovation and enabling strategic advancement.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop strategic narratives that clearly articulate the vision, value, and business impact of various technological and organizational initiatives.
  • Create executive-level presentations, business cases, and documentation to influence decision-making.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews across multiple business functions to understand current processes, challenges, and future needs.
  • Translate business requirements into strategic recommendations in partnership with leadership.
  • Identify common themes and opportunities across stakeholder feedback to shape strategic direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Communicate complex ideas in a concise, compelling, and executive-friendly manner.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Strategy, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, product strategy, business analysis, storytelling, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience developing business cases and executive presentations.
  • Strong interview and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
