If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you. The Rx Field Sales Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rx Product Sales Manager to join our team. As a Rx Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and communicating information related to this product category to increase sales team competency, drive new business, and retain existing business. This role requires a deep understanding of all products and provider needs associated with these products, including pricing and cost positions, competitor offerings and market trends. Success in this role will require strong coordination with Rx Category Management and Sales Leaders. The ideal candidate should possess expert knowledge in the pharmaceutical category, exceptional sales skills, strong communication skills and a proven track record of closing new business. You will have specific financial growth responsibility (sales revenue) and will focus on advancing our pharmaceutical strategy, educating sales teams, and closing new pharmaceutical business through sales focused interaction, education, (and) providing exceptional support to our field sales organization and customers. You will be the embodiment of our commitment to growth acceleration and being "easy to do business with". This is a field-based role that involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within sales, our customers, our manufacturer partners, and our category management team. Compensation In addition to the base salary, this role includes a target annual incentive of $40,000, paid quarterly. During the first six months, incentive earnings are guaranteed while you complete onboarding and ramp into the position. Thereafter, incentive compensation is based on performance, with earnings opportunities up to 200% of target. Minimum Requirements
