North America Feature & Infotainment Planner

The North America Feature & Infotainment Planning team helps shape the Stellantis corporate vision through the identification, ideation and prioritization of innovative customer-facing feature concepts. The team applies a customer-centric approach, leveraging research, competitive intelligence, and Brand collaboration. This role serves as a critical connector between Brand, Planning, and technical development teams (SW, Engineering, PFDI, PEPS, Tech, CX, UX, etc.), identifying synergies and removing roadblocks by acting as a boundary spanner. Some activities will be program dependent and tied to vehicle milestones, while other workstreams will be decoupled from program timing to support the broader Stellantis vision.

Success in this role requires strong ownership, proactive communication, disciplined execution, and the ability to drive alignment and outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Key roles and responsibilities of the North America Feature & Infotainment Planner include but are not limited to:



  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Brand, Planning, development teams) to develop feature strategies that balance customer and Brand needs within technical, cost, and timing constraints
  • Prepare and facilitate feature ideation workshops that drive clear, actionable outcomes and support strategic decision making
  • Closely partner with Market Insights to conduct customer research that validates desirability, purchase influence, price sensitivity, and feature prioritization
  • Identify industry and competitive trends and translate consumer insights into clear, actionable feature concepts
  • Collaborate with Planning Functions to develop feature gap analyses that support key milestones and strategic discussions
  • Prepare concise, high-quality presentations that clearly communicate feature concepts (descriptions, functionality), customer benefits, supplier technology scouting, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks to support recommendations
  • Validate SW and module governance plans and proactively advocate on behalf of Brands for specific feature needs
  • Contribute content to monthly published newsletters and the Feature Insights Report to educate stakeholders on customer needs, emerging trends and technology, and key new feature requests


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, proactively and tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to track, prioritize, and consistently follow through on deliverables
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional environment while reliably managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to take initiative to identify new value propositions and proactively drive alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive work to completion, close loops, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight
  • Proven ability to escalate risks appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure visibility and resolution


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of automotive features in multiple core domains (e.g. Cockpit, Autonomy, EV, Infotainment) and specialty domains (e.g., Performance, Offroad, Hauling/Trailering)
  • Ability to comprehend technical enablers and translate them into clear, customer-facing feature value propositions
  • Experience with feature research, ideation, and strategy
  • Experience with Design and Release engineering
  • Experience with Stellantis governance process
  • Experience with product management
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies
