POSITION SUMMARY:

TheProvider Recruiterplays a key role in supporting company growth by supporting the Director of Provider Recruitment in the talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice practitioners throughout the country. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity in collaboration with business leaders. The Recruiter plays a role as an individual contributor in recruitment

  • Interviews candidates over the telephone, virtually, and/or in person.
  • Recruits for designated positions based on team bandwidth, level of position, and executive impact.
  • Manages requisition load handling full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
  • Collaborates with compensation on candidate package requests.
  • Communicates with stake holders operations on onboarding new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
  • Works with leadership on maintenance and enhancements of ATS.
  • Communicates with the budget team to ensure budget alignment with recruiting initiatives.
  • Leverages recruiting analytics to assess and improve the current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; take a data-driven approach to decision-making that will support a culture of continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
    • Additional years of experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Must be familiar with EEO and AA programs, policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills needed for screening, interviewing and selecting applicants.
  • Knowledge of human resource programs and recruiting process including affirmative action and career development programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous recruitment experience in a hospital setting.
