Manufacturing Engineer - Hands-On CNC & Process Optimization

We're looking for a locally-based Manufacturing Engineer in the Carolinas/Charlotte area who brings strong, hands-on experience in CNC manufacturing and process optimization within a high mix / low volume environment.

In this role, you will:

• Design and improve manufacturing cells, workflows, and production layouts
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and waste elimination
• Partner closely with production to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes in real time
• Lead initiatives that improve flow, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall throughput

What sets you apart:

• Proven manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment (not just design or project-based work)
• Strong background in CNC machining, tooling, and/or cell design
• Demonstrated success driving Lean or continuous improvement initiatives
• Hands-on experience improving processes, flow, and efficiency on the shop floor

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $73,735 to $92,168 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
