ChristianaCare's Primary Care at Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care. This role is responsible for achieving optimal patient outcomes through both independent practice and collaborative teamwork within the clinical setting. The Registered Nurse II will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, contributing as a trusted and integral member of the healthcare team. Our dedicated team delivers high-quality, patient-centered care directly in the home. Patients are supported by experienced and compassionate professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses, who provide in-home medical visits. Through regularly scheduled appointments, our team builds meaningful relationships with patients, caregivers, and families-helping to enhance comfort, trust, and overall quality of life for homebound individuals.
