ATC is looking to fill a vacancy at our customer site located in Washington, D.C. The incumbent must be a self-starter and self-motivated; providing technical writer support for multiple client programs. Responsibilities: Reviewing and refining PowerPoint presentations for consistency, format, grammar, spelling, appearance, classification and portion marking, etc. Reviewing and refining Word reports for consistency, format, grammar, spelling, appearance, classification and portion marking, etc. Working with required entities to internally publish SCI documents/reports Proposal support: consolidating and writing first drafts; ensuring compliance with RFPs; merging inputs from numerous teammates; submitting final, polished proposal Posting chart content for customer consumption Facilitate document review process and maintain configuration management of in-process and released documents Graphic design to support proposals and presentations Data management: Document scanning, data transfers Requirements: High competency with Microsoft product suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in order to provide support to multiple programs Good interpersonal communication skills and must work well in a collaborative team environment Candidate must be a US citizen and have a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
