Overview
We are seeking a high-impact IT Solutions & Delivery Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise technology solutions across our global environment. Supporting employees across 30+ Northeast locations, this role goes beyond traditional IT management-you will shape how technology solutions are architected, delivered, and adopted to drive measurable business value at scale. You will lead a distributed, high-performing team responsible for solution architecture, technology delivery, platform integration, and operational excellence, while driving modernization, automation, and continuous improvement across the enterprise landscape. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, leads from the front, and is passionate about building scalable, customer-centric, and outcome-driven technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and architectural expertise with exceptional program delivery and stakeholder leadership capabilities, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned to evolving business priorities. Salary range: $130,000-$170,000
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technology Strategy
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise technology solutions aligned to business priorities and long-term strategic goals.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate operational and business requirements into secure, resilient, and supportable solutions.
- Establish and maintain architectural standards, governance processes, and best practices across infrastructure, cloud, collaboration, and enterprise platforms.
- Drive technology modernization initiatives, including cloud transformation, automation, platform consolidation, and integration strategies.
Delivery Leadership & Execution
- Manage end-to-end solution delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business expectations.
- Oversee solution implementation activities, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
- Collaborate with PMO, engineering, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure successful execution and adoption of technology initiatives.
- Lead prioritization and execution planning for strategic and operational technology programs.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders on technology capabilities, opportunities, and risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business objectives and technical solution delivery.
- Communicate solution strategies, project status, operational impacts, and investment priorities to technical and non-technical audiences.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify emerging technologies and architectural patterns that improve scalability, efficiency, and end-user experience.
- Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled operations, self-service capabilities, and modern delivery practices.
- Continuously evaluate processes and technology capabilities to improve agility, scalability, and business value delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in solution architecture, infrastructure, enterprise applications, or technology delivery roles.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise technology solutions across infrastructure, cloud, collaboration, and business platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, and modern technology delivery methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives from strategy through implementation and operational transition.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging business leaders and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.
