In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support both internal and external client-facing teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and Human Resources to identify critical hiring needs and implement innovative solutions. Your day-to-day will involve the full lifecycle of recruiting, from crafting strategic sourcing plans to conducting in-depth candidate assessments, ensuring the perfect match for each position.

**What you'll do:**

* Develop and implement robust talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities to support various business areas.

* Partner effectively with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive the successful hiring of quality candidates for challenging roles.

* Create and execute end-to-end recruiting processes, from initial strategy to offer.

* Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to align on position requirements, impact, and expectations, while providing valuable market insights and education.

* Identify and leverage the most effective online sourcing channels to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.

* Organize and participate in targeted outreach events within the industry to identify and engage top candidates.

* Rigorously assess candidate quality, skills, and cultural fit for various positions.

**What you'll bring:**

* Proven recruiting experience with increasing levels of responsibility, demonstrating success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively.

* A deep understanding of labor markets and talent pools, enabling strategic sourcing and candidate engagement.

* Proficiency in common office productivity software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.

* Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment management.
