Account Executive, Media & Entertainment (Remote)

Do you have a can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet? If so, ourAccount Executive, Media & Entertainment position may be for you!

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providingBespoke service. In this role, you will bethe 'go-to' person for all of the travel requirements for a premium client. It is crucial to have a flexible approach, the capacity to offer hints and suggestions, and you enjoy making recommendations.You'll work closely with the rest of the Account Executives on the team and will be able to ask for help and guidance throughout. However, it is important to have the ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.

This is a high-touch client, so we are looking for a candidate who can work flexible hours. This includes accurately and efficiently handling incoming travel requests either by phone, BCD personal mobile, or email, 24/7, as you will be their emergency line if anything is needed when they are traveling.

As an Account Executive, Media & Entertainment, you will

• Book meet-and-greet services, private charter flights, and any other concierge-type requests needed
• Offertailor-made service, even if they want you to book their personal travel as well
• Be aware of the budgetand offerthe best deals possible
• Handleamendments, cancellations, schedule changes, and disruptions
• Sourceand rate negotiation with suppliers and fulfill payment process on behalf of client
• Deliverexcellent customer service each time

About you

• You have previous experience in entertainment and/or VIP travel
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, procedures, and processes
• Advanced skills in travel industry systems - Sabre required
• Proven excellent customer service provision and problem-resolution skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport and develop lasting relationships with the booker and traveler
• Proven ability to come up with effective travel solutions

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Account Executive, Media & Entertainment is between $75,000 and $95,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
