Day Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday-Friday

Job Duties:

• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Process product returns, including receiving, inspecting, and restocking inventory
• Assist with daily shipping and receiving activities
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone regarding orders and inquiries
• Coordinate with the sales team on work order status and customer needs
• Maintain accurate inventory and organized warehouse operations
• Ensure orders, returns, and shipments are processed promptly
• Support a variety of warehouse and administrative tasks as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience with a professional phone presence
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality work
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable and willing to support multiple areas of the business
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to provide excellent service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
