3) Automation and workflow architecture (Power Automate + systems)

Design and implement scalable workflows across communications processes using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 capabilities

Identify manual or high-friction processes and redesign them into automated or system-driven workflows

Build and maintain automation solutions across areas such as:

* Reporting and insights generation

* Knowledge capture and reuse (for example, AMA outputs and recurring artifacts)

Test, validate, and scale AI-assisted workflows that improve quality, speed, and consistency

Ensure alignment between stakeholders, timelines, and outputs

7) Process design and continuous improvement

Evaluate current communications workflows and identify opportunities for simplification and scale

Redesign processes to reduce manual effort, duplication, and inefficiency

Establish clear operating models for how communications work is delivered

Continuously refine systems based on usage, feedback, and performance data

8) Communications translation and consistency

Ensure consistency in how messages are delivered across channels and audiences

Identify overlaps, gaps, or inefficiencies in communications delivery and recommend improvements
