How can you make an impact?
McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a Marketing Manager for our Higher Education division. The Marketing Manager drives awareness, engagement, and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Working within a cross functional team, this role leads go to market planning, builds customer relationships, supports sales efforts, and uses data and market insights to help drive portfolio growth.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner closely with the sales organization to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic go to market plans in collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies including thought leadership campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and high quality marketing materials.
  • Conduct customer facing and internal presentations, webinars, and trainings in both live and virtual environments.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and training resources that support internal teams and address customer inquiries.
  • Plan and execute high impact customer events and engagement opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop clear portfolio positioning and messaging aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Use data and analytics to discover market trends, customer insights, competitive activity and in general to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's and/or advanced degree.
  • Three or more years of client facing sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in education, edtech, or technology.
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns, presentations, and events that engage customers and support sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English fluency.
  • Creativity, competitive drive, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-30%.

The pay range for this position is between $76,000 - $105,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
