A critical leadership role responsible for driving the company's growth by cultivating and managing strategic relationships with airport authorities, airlines, and other key stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this position will oversee partnership agreements, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative and revenue-generating solutions in the airport dining and retail space. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, finance, marketing, or a related field.Master's degree (MBA) strongly preferred.12-15+ years of progressively responsible experience in executive leadership roles.Extensive background in multi-unit operations, strategic planning, and driving profitability in fast-paced industries such as travel, hospitality, food and beverage, or retail. Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects (e.g., market expansion, process improvements, and technology implementations). Position is regular, full time, and exempt. Must be eligible to work and travel ~40% within the US and Canada, including overnight extended stay. Must be able to pass and maintain a criminal background check, and as required, meet airport security requirements (e.g., Transportation Security Administration (TSA) clearance, comprehensive Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transport Canada, etc.).
