The Director, New England Energy Efficiency Sales, will lead our commercial, industrial, municipal, and institutional customer engagement efforts for energy efficiency and building electrification in Massachusetts. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving market adoption at scale of National Grid's energy efficiency and electrification solutions offered through Mass Save. The Director will lead a large, multidisciplinary organization responsible for sales strategy, customer engagement, technical services, trade ally partnerships, sales enablement, and performance management. Success in this role requires the ability to combine commercial leadership, operational discipline, and market insight -delivering outcomes across affordability, decarbonization, equity, and customer value Key Accountabilities

More Information Salary $165,000 - $193,000 a year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
