As part of Lenovo Solutions and Services Group (SSG), our organization leads the software R&D efforts and owns the Hybrid Cloud and AI platforms. Our team plays a central role in Lenovo's AI-first cloud strategy by enabling integration across cloud solutions and helping define the Lenovo Software roadmap and vision.

Our team is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive engineering efforts and programs across Lenovo's divisions.

In this role, you will own the full program lifecycle-from program definition, to instrumentation, adoption and success metrics. You will help Lenovo create the foundation for enterprise level engineering standards by defining critical models and processes to be used across multiple products and organizations.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical depth in software development processes and platforms, combined with executive-level communication and stakeholders engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Define programs with adequate adoption ramps and metrics

  • Ensure alignment of requirements across teams and organizations

  • Own executive-level communication, including WBRs, and ongoing partnership alignment

Process and Reporting:

  • Define success metrics, reporting instrumentation and cadence and gating solutions

  • Ensure clear processes are established, documented and socialized

  • Define and maintain a rhythm of the business aligned with programs and business goals

  • Drive process improvements to optimize program efficiency and quality.

  • Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, including leadership and customers.

  • Manage program changes, ensuring they are documented, communicated, and implemented effectively.

  • Keep teams accountable

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Scientific subjects, or related field

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in software engineering, cloud computing or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise or hyperscale customers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Ability to lead complex global programs and drive outcomes under tight timelines

  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, jira, etc

This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the United States. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection!

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $152,000 to $192,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. In compliance with Colorado's EPEWA, the expected Application Deadline for this position is 8/15/2026 - this applies to both internal and external candidates.
