Overview

As a Margin Analyst on the US Listed Derivative Margin Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in margin settlement across clients, exchanges, and carrying brokers. In this critical, client-facing role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely issuance of margin calls, reconciliation review and breaks remediation, and serve as a point of contact for clients with questions regarding margin balances. In this role, you will also play a vital part in providing clients with high-end service, while also ensuring the Firm maintains regulatory compliance. What You'll Do

  • Generate, issue, and process daily margin settlements with US Listed Derivatives clients and exchange/carrying broker relationships

  • Monitor and manage margin settlements, ensuring timely receipt and delivery of cash and non-cash collateral

  • Utilize various system systems to book transactions (cash and securities), including systems that facilitate movement of assets at bank to counterparties

  • Review reconciliations, investigate breaks, and action remediation of breaks

  • Prepare various reports required for with applicable regulations

  • Collaborate in a team environment to ensure all daily activities are completed

Skills You'll Need

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Knowledge of reconciliations, breaks investigation, and remediation

  • Experience with margin call processing and collateral management systems

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to listed derivatives

  • Bachelor's degree in business

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and limiting errors

  • Experience with AI and ability to leverage AI to create efficiencies

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $40,000 to $68,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
