Job Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM), Data Centers for the Fluid Transfer Technologies (FTT) business unit is responsible for driving growth with a primary focus on expanding presence in the data center liquid cooling market. This role leads business development efforts for pumps and fluid transfer solutions used in applications such as Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), liquid-to-liquid and liquid-to-air cooling systems, secondary coolant loops, and facility-level thermal management. The BDM, Data Centers builds and develops relationships across the data center value chain to drive specification wins, new business opportunities, and long-term growth in mission-critical cooling applications. While the role is predominantly data center-focused, it also supports select strategic channel expansion initiatives aligned with broader FTT growth priorities. The ideal candidate has direct experience in the data center market, particularly in liquid cooling, thermal systems, HVAC/mechanical infrastructure, pumps, or flow control technologies.
