Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Days. Shift start times vary between 5:00 and 8:00 am Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the East Madison Hospital.

We are seeking a Baker to:

• Follow recipes and quality standards to prepare, bake and package a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts.
• Safely and efficiently operate commercial baking equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow safe food handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Culinary training Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year food production and/or bakery experience or equivalent culinary training and experience Required

Licenses & Certifications

• ServSafe Certification Preferred
