Job Title: Customer Service Representative I

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Bristol PA USA 19007

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Hours: 8am-6pm EST and/or CST



  • Preferred-Prior customer service department experience-handling emails, calls and chat, multitasking between different systems-this is a productive department with production goals and call handle time efficiencies.
  • Order entry accuracy a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Preferred-Prior work in a technical customer service or production company/field handling troubleshooting for customers on products, the ability to ready technical product


set up diagrams.



  • Act as a primary customer contact for service using different mediums. Service-related functions are generally defined as all customer functions that may be required for a product before and after it has been delivered to the buyer.
  • Responsible for satisfying customer requirements from initial inquiry to customer's overall delight.
  • Be the voice of the customer and provide customer insights on a regular basis.
  • You are empowered to make decisions to delight our customers that will have an impact to the business.
  • With that empowerment it is expected to be a good steward of our company resources by providing accurate and ethical data entry information into the SAP, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
  • Level 1 = 0-3 years of experience\
