  • Clearly communicate strategy, tradeoffs, risks, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strengthen roadmap quality by aligning work to strategy, OKRs, and customer and associate needs, while advancing teams toward stronger discovery, prioritization, and learning.
  • Drive effective cross-functional execution and stakeholder trust using evidence-based decisions, open communication, and clear tradeoffs.

  • Experience working on both customer-facing and internal products, operating in a shared-ownership model
  • Strong discovery, prioritization, data, and executive communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment where priorities evolve and influence matters as much as authority.

  • Familiarity with Agile development, product operations, Jira/JPD, analytics, experimentation, personalization, or AI-enabled capabilities.
