Trimble is looking for an influential on-site Sr. PX Business Partner in Atlanta to spearhead data-driven people solutions, guide change management, and ethically pioneer AI enablement to transform the employee experience and shape the future of our AECO segment.

AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be at the forefront of Trimble's strategic shift toward a software-centric model, serving as a highly visible change agent and the primary on-site PX leader for our growing Atlanta office. You will have the unique opportunity to act as a critical thought partner in defining how emerging AI technologies and predictive data modeling elevate productivity and internal PX processes, giving you a direct hand in shaping the future of work.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior AECO business leaders to diagnose organizational needs, deliver proactive people strategies, and lead complex change management initiatives.

  • Drive high-impact company initiatives that boost employee engagement, evolve internal culture, and support the strategic shift toward recurring revenue models.

  • Act as a critical thought partner to identify opportunities for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modern PX technologies to enhance workforce productivity and elevate the employee experience.

  • Guide site culture and connection by maintaining an influential, accessible on-site presence for the growing Atlanta office.

  • Advise managers on strategic talent management, including workforce planning, succession frameworks, and comprehensive performance management activities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 10 or more years of progressive PX Business Partnering or organizational development experience, with at least 5 years directly supporting senior leadership.

  • Proven business acumen with a track record of translating business growth plans into actionable human resource capabilities.

  • Demonstrated expertise in core HR/PX disciplines including compensation, benefits, compliance, and employment law risk management.

  • Exceptional ability to influence senior business leaders, take initiative, and skillfully navigate fast-paced, shifting priorities.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience supporting multi-site, global, or rapidly growing software organizations.

  • Prior experience implementing or governing AI tools and predictive modeling within HR processes.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
