Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.The SPD Health Educator III applies training skills and technical experience to provide expertise, technical consultation, training, and problem resolution; Ensures adherence to sterile processing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; Participates in continuous quality and safety assessment programs and process improvement initiatives; Participates in the establishment of quality standards for sterilization, decontamination, and disposal of equipment and supplies.
