From your PASSION to ours The packaging sanitation lead will assist the sanitation department in ensuring smooth, safe, and productive operations. This role focuses on maintaining high standards in safety, quality, production, and employee management. The lead will report any issues to the Sanitation Supervisor and/or Packaging Manager to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to sanitation protocols. From your EXPERTISE to ours
Candidate must have the following attributes/skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy, personal qualities of tact and dependability, possess good manual dexterity, vision abilities (close, distance, color and ability to focus), able to push/pull/lift and carry at least 30 pounds continuously and 50 pounds occasionally, be able to stand for entire shift, be able to perform repetitive movements (e.g. twisting, gripping, lifting, bending, reaching). Pay: $27.80/hr + $2.50/hrift differential, weekend premium 20% more. Lactalis offers very competitive pay, benefits and paid time off. Hours: 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM.
